Warranty and Service for Flower Makers – Up to 15 Years of Security

The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty on the PRO, PRO Hybrid and META models of Flower Makers, with the possibility of extending it to up to 15 years. This is one of the longest security guarantees available in the industry.

What’s more, we offer express service – repairs to the device are carried out within a maximum of 24 hours of notification, not just the appearance of a service technician. This allows the Kwiatomat to return to full operation as quickly as possible and continue selling without downtime.

Choose a Convenient Way to Pay – Kwiatomat accepts everything

Kwiatomat allows payment by credit card, BLIK, as well as using Google Pay and Apple Pay – meaning customers can also pay with their phone or watch. These are fast and secure solutions, ideal for those who value convenience.

A cash payment option (coins and notes) is also available, although this is chosen less frequently – mainly due to the higher amounts involved when purchasing bouquets.

Importantly, our flower vending machines are integrated with all popular payment terminals available on the market. Thanks to this, you can choose the payment operator yourself and negotiate the conditions best suited to your needs. The most frequently selected terminals are: eService, Polcard, PEP, Wordline and Nayax.

KWIATOMAT 24 EA Mobile Application – Full Control on Your Phone

With users’ convenience and safety in mind, the KWIATOMAT 24 EA mobile application has been developed, thanks to which the KWIATOMAT owner or a designated employee can manage the device remotely – 24/7, from anywhere.

From the application level, it is possible to:

monitoring the stock and current contents of the Floweromat,

viewing sales statistics broken down by day, week and month,

using a graphical and intuitive interface, which facilitates management.

In the extended ADVANCE version, the application additionally enables:

remote price setting from any location,

creation and management of reservations,

change the status of products in real time,

preview of photos of the currently available bouquets, which allows for easy control of the visual offer.

The app has been fully integrated with Kwiatomat’s online shop, so you can quickly add new compositions and offer online shopping directly from your device.

In addition, KWIATOMAT 24 EA provides continuous technical control:

displays the exact status of the device in real time,

sends push alerts and email notifications of any failure, power failure, weak network signal,

works in conjunction with the GUARD CONNECT function, monitoring, for example, temperature overruns or problems with the payment terminal.

CARTAPIC System – Any Terminal, Full Freedom

With our proprietary CARTAPIC System, you can choose any payment terminal operator – whether you want to continue working with your current supplier serving your flower shop or negotiate completely new, more favourable terms.

The payment terminal is subject to your individual choice. You sign a contract directly with the selected operator and we take care of the rest:

we install the terminal in the Flower Shop,

configure and test the device,

we deliver the Kwiatomat with already fully operational payment system.

After installation, you can start selling straight away – just prepare your bouquets and Kwiatomat is ready to work from the first minute.

Technical Requirements Before Installing Flower Vending Machine

In order for the installation of Kwiatom to proceed correctly, please prepare the appropriate infrastructure in advance. Below are the detailed requirements:

1. Stable ground
   A hardened surface must be prepared in the form of:stable, well-embedded paving stones ora concrete foundation slab.The ground must allow for permanent and secure anchoring of the device.

   Installers will additionally level the device on site.

2. Power supply
   Voltage: 230 V / 50–60 HzPower cable: 3 x 2.5 mm²Protection: B16

Flower Delivery Time – Faster than you think

The current lead time for the flower vending machines in any configuration is:

Only 4 weeks for the PRO and PRO Hybrid models – due to their high popularity and series production, we can guarantee an extremely short delivery time;

META model – also 4 weeks as it is included in permanent production;

LM and NEO models – up to 6 weeks, as their production is started individually after an order is placed;

In the case of non-standard or custom-coloured Flower Makers, the lead time is 6 weeks regardless of the model;

Before realisation, our team of graphic designers will prepare a dedicated graphic personalisation for you, consulted at every stage – until you get the WOW effect you expect.

The completion date is calculated from the moment the graphic designs are accepted by the client and the conditions for preparing the space for the Flower Maker are met. However, no sooner than the aforementioned 4-6 weeks from the date of advance payment or signing of the lease agreement.

Climate and humidity control
An integrated computer system automatically manages heating and cooling, maintaining the set temperature with a tolerance of up to ±2°C. This ensures that the flowers are always in optimal conditions – regardless of the ambient temperature. The interior of the boxes maintains a constant humidity of 75-85%, which significantly prolongs the freshness of the bouquets.

Ventilation with microbiological protection
Each Kwiatomat is equipped with an effective ventilation system as standard, which prevents mould and unwanted odours. In addition, we offer the optional DAS System – our proprietary solution for microbiological air and surface protection.

The DAS System:

eliminates up to 99.99% of bacteria, viruses and fungal spores,

reduces ethylene gas responsible for flower ageing,

is based on natural, ecological air purification processes,

works actively to prevent the transmission of diseases between bouquets.

Climate Safety Systems – Standard and Options

BASSE CON System (standard)
Responsible for maintaining ideal climatic conditions inside the flower vending machines. Extends the life of the flowers and minimises the risk of sudden temperature fluctuations.

FIX COOLING SYSTEM (standard)
Each Flower Maker (except for models K6 ONE, K7 ONE, K8 ONE) is divided into independent climate zones, with separate heating and cooling systems. In the event of a failure in one of the zones, the others operate without interruption – allowing sales to continue and losses to be kept to a minimum.
