The manufacturer provides a service always up to 12 hours from the notification, guaranteeing the repair of the device within this time. The service works around the clock from Monday to Sunday including all holidays and public holidays.

In bouquetomat , the customer can pay with a payment card, Blik, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut, i.e. with a card, phone or watch. In addition, the manufacturer of the device has prepared a function allowing the customer to collect a pre-booked bouquet by entering the code he or she received during the order.

Yes, the manufacturer has prepared a mobile application, KWIATOMAT 24 EA, from the level of which the owner of the Flower Maker or an employee delegated by him or her can view the current status of the Flower Maker with a graphic preview, as well as sales statistics divided into any period. The application in the Standard version is free and can operate any number of Flower Mats. In addition, the application in the extended version has the full ability to control and manage the Flower Maker.

Owing to the proprietary CARTAPIC System, the Customer may order bouquetomat with a terminal from any operator (negotiating individual terms and conditions with the operator or extending cooperation with the current operator serving florists. Therefore, the terminal is not included in the price and is subject to the individual choice of the Customer. The prices of terminals among cashless payment operators are similar and their price fluctuates around 2 thousand PLN. The purchase of the terminal, as well as the formalities involved in signing a contract with a payment operator, are on the side of the buyer of the device. The manufacturer provides advice that helps to smooth the process. Then, the manufacturer configures the purchased terminal and integrates it with bouquetomat , so that on the day of installation of bouquetomat at the Customer’s premises, it is already possible to sell bouquets.

From the outset, the bouquetomat was designed to operate in harsh weather conditions. The unit can withstand high summer sunshine, temperatures of 50 degrees and cold winters of -20 degrees. The structure is made of thick stainless steel and alloy steels, plus the whole thing is painted in any façade colour with powder paints. The effectiveness of the weather protection has been confirmed by numerous tests and certificates, as well as being tested for 4 years on the market under natural, non-simulated conditions and in a real environment.

There is a choice of up to 7 sizes of boxes or cabinets. All sizes have been worked out by our customers-florists on the basis of more than 135 Flower Boxes already installed on the market. The most popular box sizes are 47×51, 47×77 and 68×77 cm (width x height). A total of 7 box/cabinet sizes are on offer. Personalised cabinet sizes specified by the customer during the ordering process are also realised.
In addition to a large selection of cabinet sizes, and the possibility of ordering individual sizes, we also offer the revolutionary and proprietary BOXCO System, which is a system for enlarging cabinets at any time during daily use. Yes, the presented bouquetomat are not universal devices just adapted to the sale of flowers, but devices from scratch, specially designed for the sale of flowers. Thanks to this design philosophy, the bouquets in the Flower Unit have optimum conditions thanks to a computer system which controls the cooling and heating systems, maintaining a constant preset hibernation temperature for the Flowers, regardless of the surrounding weather conditions. The temperature range is very strictly maintained within a tolerance of 2 degrees celcius. In addition, the unit, thanks to its design, maintains a very high air humidity in the boxes (cabinets) with bouquets of 75-85%.
