With Guard Connect, most potential problems are resolved remotely, before they even become noticeable to the customer. And if on-site intervention is required, our service arrives in a flash, ensuring that the Flower Shop is back to full operation within a dozen hours, regardless of the day of the week, and that requests are treated as a priority.

In addition, the customer has a full view of everything that is happening at Flower vending machine thanks to our proprietary Kwiatomat 24 EA mobile app. He or she can track any abnormalities, which ensures full awareness and control over the equipment.

What’s more, the Guard Connect service costs a few tens of zlotys per month (according to the current price list), especially when we compare it with the potential losses resulting from a breakdown. A situation in which the terminal crashes for reasons beyond our control, when the problem is on the side of the payment operator (which we can also see at the time), can mean that Flower vending machine will not sell for a whole day, and this can happen at key moments such as weekends or flower days.
