1. Full service care
Our free warranty covers everything – from service technician travel, to spare parts, to our specialists’ working time. This means you don’t have to worry about any additional expenses during the warranty period – everything is already included.
Duration of the guarantee
LM and NEO models – 1 year, extendable to 5 years
META model – 2 years, extendable to 10 years
PRO and ONE models – 2 years, extendable to 15 years
The above periods are valid for the Polish market. In other markets, the guarantee period is determined individually by our distributors.
2. Rapid response time
We understand perfectly well how important the continuity of your Flower VM operation is. That’s why we offer a fast response time – whether it’s a working day, weekend or holiday – we are available the same day!
In many cases we are able to solve the problem remotely. When this is not possible, our service technicians will be on site as quickly as possible. Our aim is to minimise downtime and ensure your complete satisfaction.

1. Efficiency of the payment system
A non-functioning payment terminal means not being able to make a purchase – and this directly translates into lost revenue and customer confidence. The terminal operators’ helplines only operate on weekdays and at specific times.
Outside of these times, we sometimes step in – helping to solve the problem immediately.
When you call our helpline on 48 22 290 60 10, you will always be connected to our consultant. After office hours, you’ll hear a message that you’re calling outside office hours – but if you stay on the line, we’ll answer after a while. We operate like a Flower Shop – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. Response to vandalism and burglaries
Flower VM operate continuously, so in the event of damage due to vandalism it is crucial that they are quickly restored to full functionality. Thanks to the modular design, the damaged part can be switched off and the rest of the unit continues to operate and maintain temperature. This builds trust and customer loyalty.
3. Protecting sensitive flowers
Flowers are an extremely sensitive commodity. A cooling failure in summer or a heating failure in winter can cause damage within minutes. Our app will immediately notify you of the problem and keep renewing the alerts until you respond. In parallel, our service team rushes to your aid. Thanks to the GUART CONNECT option, we are likely to notice the problem faster than you do – and we will be the ones to call with information about the service that has been initiated. What’s more, thanks to the multi-zone design of the device, if one zone fails, the others continue to operate. The Flower VM K9 model, for example, has 3 climate zones – if one fails, the other 2/3 of the unit continue to operate. The FIX COOLING system ensures that, in the event of a fault, the Kwiatomat can continue to cool and heat in the operating zones.
4. Other faults
Our units are designed to be as fault-free as possible – but like any appliance, they may need servicing. In such cases, we respond immediately – regardless of the time of day or whether it is a warranty or post-warranty service. Our proprietary SWAP EA technology enables the unit to be designed with easy servicing in mind. Every repair is carried out on site, without having to dismantle the unit. In addition – no part is repaired, but replaced with a new one. All electronic and mechanical components operate in a plug & play system – reducing service time to a minimum.
