GEN2 monitoring – intelligent protection 24/7
A modern monitoring system is not only online viewing in Full HD quality, but also comprehensive real-time protection of the device, including intelligent image analysis: recognition of people, vehicles, movement. The system retains the recording history and the records are accessible from anywhere in the world.
The cameras protect each other and form a closed, independent security system that deters vandalism and allows you to react instantly to any undesirable situation.
GUARD CONNECT – remote technical control
Bearing in mind the owners of Flower vending machines, we have created our proprietary GUARD CONNECT system, which is an option and enables our technical department to monitor the device’s operating parameters on an ongoing basis. If an abnormality is detected – e.g. power supply, temperature, payment terminal or internet connection – you receive immediate notification and our team takes action before the problem affects the operation of the device.
It’s a solution that gives you complete peace of mind – you don’t have to constantly monitor the machine, because a specialised system does it for you.
SECSAFE System – full operational security
We design our vending machines with your comfort and safety in mind. Thanks to the SECSAFE system, among other things, the doors and mechanical components are safe to touch, the design meets the highest standards of ergonomics and use in public spaces, and the technologies used protect the user from weather and the risk of accidental damage.
