Precise refrigeration – the perfect temperature all year round
At the heart of every Kwiatomato is a multi-zone cooling and heating system which, thanks to the FIX COOLING System, maintains the optimum temperature for the flowers – even in extreme weather conditions. The unit works efficiently both in hot weather (45°C) and in severe frost (-25°C), regardless of location.
Each cooling zone operates independently, which means that even if one zone fails, the other cabinets continue to function without interruption. This guarantees the continuity of sales and the safety of the bouquets.
High humidity – the key to sustainability
Flowers love humidity – that’s why our Flower vending machines maintain a humidity level of up to 70% inside the cabinets. This is the optimum environment which significantly prolongs the freshness of cut plants, prevents them from wilting and protects the structure of delicate petals.
The high humidity is simultaneously controlled and completely safe for the unit thanks to an intelligent ventilation system and protective coatings.
Efficient ventilation – no fungus, no odours
The designed airflow channels and the use of special materials and ventilation openings allow continuous air circulation in each cabinet. As a result, only the necessary up to 70% moisture does not accumulate inside, and the risk of mould and unpleasant odours is reduced to almost zero.
DAS System – scientifically proven microbiological purity
Our proprietary DAS System solution is an industry breakthrough. This technology actively removes bacteria, fungi, viruses and mould spores from the air and surfaces inside the unit. The DAS System works ecologically and safely – mimicking natural air purification processes, while effectively reducing levels of ethylene, a gas that accelerates flower ageing.
Tests confirm an effectiveness of 99.99% in eliminating pathogens – a guarantee of the highest hygiene, durability and quality of bouquets.
