A traditional retail outlet has its limitations: opening hours, a specific location and operating costs. A premium vending machine has none of these.

Instead of investing in new premises and another member of staff, You place the machine where your customers already are: in a shopping centre, at a station, in an office block, outside a shop. It operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, without taking holiday or sick leave.

About the manufacturer

A Polish manufacturer. European reach. Thirty years’ experience.

Eldrut Automatics It wasn’t set up simply to capitalise on the vending trend. We’ve been building machines for over 30 years, long before most of our competitors even knew this industry existed.

We design and manufacture everything in Poland. We have our own R&D department, our own source code and our own technologies, including the DAS System, which is unique on the market. No licences, no dependence on external technology providers.

We operate in 22 markets across various climate zones and regulatory requirements. This is not an expansion driven by prestige: it is an operational database that every one of our clients uses when making investment decisions.

Vending machines are one of Eldrut’s several business lines. Alongside these are industrial solutions and in-house production facilities, which gives us full control over quality and timeliness.

When you buy from us, you’re buying directly from the manufacturer, not from an importer with a logo.

What does the collaboration involve?

From the first conversation to the first sale.

We’ll guide you through the whole process, but it’s you who’s in charge. Our role is to advise, prepare and install. You manage the rest yourself.

    Choosing a location

    We advise on which locations make sense, based on data from over 1,300 installations. If you need it, we can help with negotiations with the property owner.

    List of requirements and site preparation

    We’re sending you a detailed list of what you need to prepare: the base, the power supply and the dimensions. You’ll know what to expect before we arrive.

    Installation and training

    Our team will install the machine and guide you through how to use the application. Once you’ve completed the training, you’ll be able to work independently.

The cost depends on the model and configuration: there is a wide range of prices, as our customers’ needs also vary widely. The average payback period is 9 months. Before making a purchase, you can base your calculations on data from similar installations in your market.
