Although failures are extremely rare, Guard Connect acts as a reliable safety net. The system is constantly on the lookout for power, internet connectivity, payment terminals and cubicle temperatures, ensuring that any, even the smallest abnormality is immediately detected and rectified.
With Guard Connect, we solve most potential problems remotely, before they even become noticeable to the customer. And if on-site intervention is required, our service arrives promptly, ensuring Bouqetmat is back in full operation within hours, regardless of the day of the week, and requests are prioritised.
In addition, the customer has a full view of everything that is happening at Bouqetmat thanks to our proprietary mobile app Kwiatomat 24 EA. He or she can track any irregularities, which ensures full awareness and control of the equipment.
The solution described is available on PRO, ONE, PRO MID and PRO HYBRID models, offering the highest level of support and reliability.
Of course, even without Guard Connect purchased, our service responds with equal speed, guaranteeing a repair within a maximum of 12 hours of the request. The only difference is that with the standard service it is the customer who informs us of a possible breakdown, whereas with Guard Connect we are often the first to detect the problem and respond immediately. Whichever option you choose, you can always count on our professional service.

What's more, the Guard Connect service costs a few tens of zlotys per month (according to the current price list), especially when we compare it with the potential losses resulting from a breakdown. A situation in which the terminal crashes for reasons beyond our control, when the problem is on the side of the payment operator (which we can also see at the time), can mean that Bouqetmat will not sell all day, and this can happen at key times such as weekends or flower days.
