Manage from anywhere
You can change prices, add special offers, and manage products and bookings via the app or the cloud, whether you’re in your car or at the office – without having to go to the machine.
Three levels of analytics:
- Basic dashboard The app displays sales history, statistics and machine status (you can view it, for example, on a large TV in the office).
- Dedicated Power BI, drawn ‘on the back of a napkin’ to suit your needs, showing exactly the charts you’re looking for.
- Raw logs in Google Sheets, which synchronise with every sale, enabling advanced production planning (e.g. of sushi sets) based on demand and historical data.
Openness and integration
We have our own source code, which allows us to fully integrate the machine with your current ERP system (e.g. stock levels, documents).

From within the management app, all you need to do is take a photo of the product in the locker, add a description, and the system will automatically post on your Facebook and Instagram. In future, this process will be supported by artificial intelligence.

It ensures microbiological cleanliness. It can be fitted in the machine itself, but also in delivery vans, warehouses and production halls.

A single click (the shopping trolley icon) ensures appropriate access for people with disabilities.
For people with visual impairments and the blind
The machines feature Braille labels, a high-contrast mode, adjustable font size and a headphone socket (mini-jack) for voice guidance. Once the QR code has been scanned, the app can read out the contents of the lockers aloud and guide the customer.
Intuitive shopping
We are introducing a traffic light system (a flashing handle and a locker containing the purchased goods), a shopping basket function (multiple products on a single receipt) and a system where purchases are made solely by scanning QR codes on the lockers, without using a screen.

We don’t leave our customers to deal with problems on their own. We guarantee the availability of spare parts for 15 years and the backward compatibility of our devices.

Our system monitors key machine parameters (power supply, internet connection, temperature, cabinet jams) every 5 minutes. We often send out a service call before you even notice the fault yourself
An immediate response:
As far as We resolve 70% of issues remotely within 2 hours. Service engineers are stationed in such a way that they can reach any machine in Poland within a maximum of 2 hours.
Door-to-Door Repairs:
Our service engineers carry most of the spare parts with them. They repair the machine on site, without taking it away from you or removing it from sale.
