Do I need to close the machine to customers whilst it is being serviced?

No, that’s a huge advantage for us. Whilst maintenance or upgrades are being carried out, the machine remains in operation – customers can continue to use it safely and carry on shopping. Interestingly, we’ve actually noticed that the sight of a technician on site helps overcome some customers’ reluctance towards technology and boosts sales.
