How long does it take you to repair a broken machine?

Our repair times are very fast, as we operate on a door-to-door basis, without taking the machines back to our workshop. We repair as many as 70% of faults remotely within 2 hours. In the event of critical faults (where the machine is not selling), we resolve 90 per cent of cases within 12 hours, and the remainder within a full 24 hours. The service helpline is open from 7.00 am to 9.00 pm, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
